The process begins with the development of an executive search profile. Working together with private equity, with existing company executives, through on-site meetings and more, a detailed outline is developed by Classic Consultants, Inc. specifying qualifications and skill sets desired; experience and background required, leadership, personality and work ethic essential, education and industry affiliations sought, and at large, an agreed upon document is developed to be known as the "Position Description."

From this point on, a confidential national search is launched with researchers and recruiters working side by side in preparation of select candidate submissions, all of which are presented with resumes/biographies, interview evaluations, family/personal insights, our recommendations and candidates availability for initial conferences. The search is on-going until our client is in hand with a signed letter of intent and an agreed upon start date and throughout the entire process, Classic Consultants, Inc. is in constant communication with our client and with all prospective candidates. We assist in compensation, equity and other negotiations, advise all concerned of search standings, guarantee our hire and remain a part of the team and process long after the search is completed.
